2.1. Personal Data you provide
Fitek receives and stores information you voluntarily provide to Fitek by subscribing for the Service or by using the Services. Fitek may collect and process any Personal Data that you provide to Fitek via portal to deliver you the Service you have subscribed for.
2.2. Personal Data derived from your service providers (Controllers) who use Fitek as subcontractor (Processor)
Such data are used by Fitek only to the extent allowed by Controller to deliver you the Service agreed by you and the Controller.
When you access the Services, Fitek may send one or more cookies – small text files to your computer. Fitek may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Fitek values protection of Data Subject’s rights, hence, is committed to making sure Data Subjects can exercise their rights effectively and free of charge. Fitek will ensure each Data Subject request to be reviewed in a timely fashion.

Fitek ensures Data Portability in a manner that if you are willing to transfer your Personal Data to another service provider Fitek will provide your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

You are entitled to request Erasure of your data by contacting Fitek via email@example.com. Fitek will delete your data in a timely manner, unless there is a legal requirement that prohibits such request to be fulfilled.

You are entitled to object to processing of your Personal Data. Right to Object can be exercised by contacting Fitek via firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the request Fitek ceases the processing, unless there is a legal ground for such processing.
4. Use and sharing of Personal Data

Fitek may use your Personal Data that you provide to Fitek to create and maintain your account, to personalize your experience, and to send periodic email communications relating to the Services.
Fitek may use Personal Data about your use of the Services in order to improve the Services.

6. Retention Period and Deletion (“Data Minimization”)
All Personal Data processed by Fitek will be retained no longer than it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which such Personal Data was originally collected or as required under the applicable rules and regulations. Fitek performs Personal Data minimization routines to ensure that Fitek does not store any unnecessary data.
7. Data Security
Fitek uses appropriate and commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Data.
If Fitek learns of a security systems breach that results in a Personal Data processing incident, Fitek will attempt to notify you so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Fitek may post a notice on the Site if a security breach occurs.
